Jack Sullan – Partner & CFO

Jonathan (“Jack”) Sullan is a Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Arkadia Capital. In his role, he is responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence, and underwriting investment opportunities in railroad, terminal, and port infrastructure for the company. With a strong background in corporate finance and transaction advisory, Mr. Sullan has successfully completed transactions worth over $500M.

Most recently, Mr. Sullan serves as Chief Financial Officer of Phoenix Rail, a short line railroad holding company, which Arkadia acquired in 2025 in a partnership with Ancala Partners.  Prior to Arkadia, Mr. Sullan was a Partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Arkadia Capital Capital Partners, a diversified investment company focused on the infrastructure and real estate sectors.  While at Arkadia Capital, Mr. Sullan served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Pioneer Lines, which is the fourth-largest short line railroad holding company in the United States. During his tenure at Pioneer, he played a crucial role in the management team, overseeing investment underwriting, transaction analysis, corporate model development, budgeting, and other corporate finance matters.

Before joining Arkadia and Arkadia Capital, Mr. Sullan worked at Farmland Partners, Inc. (NYSE: FPI), where he was responsible for real estate transaction analysis, corporate modeling and budgeting, and the preparation of investor relations materials.

Mr. Sullan began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) on a tax advisory team specializing in transactions involving Real Estate Investment Trusts and other real estate-oriented private equity structures.

Mr. Sullan is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Colorado. Mr. Sullan earned a Master’s degree in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
